Odhiambo Washington -- Much thanks for several suggestions you have given recently! I can run VPS at a novice level, but I think I'm going to go with mailmanlists for this, and port the domain, email addresses, and website over to another Dream Host hosting account that I own (and close the one running the GNU Mailman lists).
Dave Nathanson -- Also much thanks for posting the directions on getting list member names and email addresses. In my case -- definitely writing from the list administrator email -- my list is telling me I don't have permission to retrieve the list members! I have a request into Dream Host to see if they will run the commands at https://www.mailmanlists.net/en/faq/30 for me to grab all the files cleanly.
