Of course, being me, I couldn't resist the urge to make a Keyboard Maestro macro to facilitate the process of using MultiMarkdown Composer(1) as an external editor for MailMate: https://github.com/tjluoma/km-mailmate-edit-in-external-editor (1) You can change it to use any editor you like, that's just what it uses by default.
