In other words, command-R would reply to sender or reply all,
whichever your workflow is, and the other shortcut would do the
opposite. Seems like a good solution to me.
that is what is possible now (just hold down Alt to do the "opposite")
The problem is the button in toolbar is not using the same defaults. it
should imo.

exactly my usecase too.
Interesting. I'd like to keys, one for reply all and one for reply
sender, and neither should ask questions.
