maybe the problem was caused somehow by sending messages from same account using two different mail client (MailMate and mobile one?)

That won't help. As soon as you write and send a new message from this account then the problem is going to resurface (given that the server always returns `none` instead of a UID). When that happens then try the latest test release and see if that helps. If not, then generate a new set of logs for me.
