[MlMt] Move mailbox

How do I move a mailbox to a mail folder?  I want to move some mailboxes 
that are now at the top level of an account to be under the "Archive" 
folder.  When I select a mailbox and drag to a folder, it looks like it 
moved, but when I let go nothing happens.
