Bharath,For static site hosting try [Netlify](https://www.netlify.com). They seem do know what they are doing. Very popular amongst the [Hugo](https://gohugo.io) crowd which is probably the best of the static site generators I know of.
For email hosting I can warmly recommend [Runbox](https://www.runbox.com).
