[MlMt] Make emate-generated email default to Markdown

If I create an email within MailMate, it always defaults to Markdown in 
the composer. But if it’s created using the `emate` tool (and not sent 
immediately), the composer defaults to plain text. Is it possible to 
tell MailMate to assume Markdown with emate (and mailto: links) by 
default, or (failing that) is there an argument/parameter that could 
force it?
