Hi Stephan, spoofing detection can be disabled by running this from a terminal
(while MailMate is not running):

defaults write com.freron.MailMate MmNospoofSymbolDisabled -bool YES

Hi everyone,

I use Firefox Relay, an email masking service that allows for mails being
forwarded from aliases to a real inbox. The service uses the alias as the
sender address and the address of the original mail as the name. The format of
the From field therefore reads as:

[email protected] [via Relay] <[email protected]>

Because of this, MailMate flags every mail coming from Firefox Relay as
potential spoofing attempt and replaces the @ character in the From field by a
yellow warning sign.

I like the spoofing protection in general, but I’d rather disable it for
Firefox Relay. Is there a way to whitelist specific domains so the warning
doesn’t show?

Cheers
Stephan
