Bonjour Marc, et merci. Indeed AttachmentCount IS NOT 0 is the best
solution.
*Less or equal to* is not very useful. *More or equal to 1* gives, as
expected, the same mails as IS NOT 0.
Best regards,
Alain
PS : in the same dropdown menu, there is an item called X-Attachment. Do
you know what it corresponds to?

Bonjour Alain,
I fear you might have overlooked the “NOT”
AttachmentCount IS NOT 0
So you should get all mails which have an attachment
I haven’t been playing with other possibilities
- less or equal to
- more or equal to
But . . unfortunately there is imho no way to differentiate between a
“real” attachment and signatures which contains, in my opinion,
mostly irrelevant images (icons, logo’s, . . .).
I encourage senders which use these kind of siganturs to switch over
to use links for these images. Makes the email imho less confusing and
has the advantage the there are less chances to overlook an important
attachment
Maybe it is possible to:
- have mailboxes which contain an example of the kind of unwanted
attachments
Ex:- mails with 3 signature attachments
- and is a new mail come in to check if the new mail contains more
attachments then the example
Of course you then might also want to check that their messages might
have less then normal attachments (because they might their signature)
Regards,
Marc

Thank you for this thread, I was not even aware this was possible. I
have tried Attachments-count (that I obtained in Mailbox search -
Other), and entered 1, and I get some mails with attachments, but
some others are missing (for example one with 4 attachments). So I
entered 2, or 3 or 4, and the results don’t make complete sense. In
addition, fancy signatures are also taken into account.
If I enter 0, I get the mails with no attachment (bur unfortunately
also with no signature). Therefore, in my hands, this does not work,
but I am far from being an expert.
