Hate to do the ‘me too’ here, but saw the spinning inbox and archive
issue after updating to 6273 and enabled the MmNetworkFrameworkEnabled
property. All appears to be working fine after that.

I disabled the above myself and I do seem to have an issue with the
old network code. I'll be looking into that. If this is the same
problem as yours then this might also fix the issue for you:
defaults write com.freron.MailMate MmNetworkFrameworkEnabled -bool
YES
