Hi,

About SHA-1 had been just a thread:
: [MlMt] Note that the SHA1 hash algorithm has been found to have weaknesses
What works for me, was recreating all subways and then in gpg.conf:
gig.conf:

no-emit-version
keyid-format 0xlong
with-fingerprint
list-options show-uid-validity
verify-options show-uid-validity
keyserver-options no-honor-keyserver-url
auto-key-retrieve
personal-cipher-preferences AES256 AES192 AES
personal-digest-preferences SHA512 SHA384 SHA256
personal-compress-preferences ZLIB BZIP2 ZIP Uncompressed
default-new-key-algo rsa4096
cert-digest-algo SHA512
digest-algo SHA512
disable-cipher-algo 3DES
default-key yourdefaultkey
agent-program /usr/local/gnupg-2.4/bin/gpg-agent or where-ever your agent lives.

Cheers
Matthias
