Hi
Some of these new login code emails (from many online services sent on
login instead of old-fashioned passwords) are again and again delivered
into the Junk folder.
What is a n efficient way to avoid this?
(I am with [Fastmail](https://www.fastmail.com) and use their Sieve
scripts to file messages in folders but somehow sometimes this is
overwritten when false junk-positives are detected...)
