I'm assuming those three IP addresses are for smarthosts that send outbound 
mail for you and your customers.

To start with, check your DNS has been updated to match your new smarthosts, 
particularly SPF and MX records.

For example, elementality.org has an MX record that points solely at 
136.243.92.252, and an SPF record that says "v=spf1 mx -all", so any mail for 
that domain sent from either of the other two smarthosts will hard fail SPF and 
be considered suspicious, at best, by recipients. elementality.gr is similar.

(As an aside, thanks for including the relevant IP addresses in your question! 
You'd be amazed at the number of people who refuse to share that info.)
