I am making inquiry as to what might be the cause of this behavior.
Will get back when I hear something solid.

Aloha,
Michael.

Subject: Re: [mailop] FBL drop for Hotmail/Outlook

We didn't see any drop in open rates, not even a slight decrese. Of course no
peaks in bounces either.
Starting from lun 16 everything seems back to normal (actually still fewer than
past peak days but the gap is minimal).

I would appreciate some feedback from Hotmail on this matter.

Is the FBL level back to normal? Did you now have open rates
measurement for those days?

I should have added that we saw a (yet unexplained) major drop in FBL
at the end of May 2017, but no changes recently.
