It gets redirected here: https://outlook.live.com/owa/ That's the login page for a webmail mailbox, not the Troubleshooting page referenced in Hotmail's bounce messages. I've had this confirmed by one colleague, is it happening for anyone else? What's the best way to report it so it can be fixed? -Tim Starr
