You might need to share the IP range you're talking about;
>From what I recall, their validation mechanism would send an email to the
>relevant address mentioned in the WHOIS of the range, or to certain addresses
>(like postmaster@ or abuse@, I don't recall) of the domain(s?) used for PTR.
And if it's a full range, you must have PTR records all the way.

Subject: [mailop] Help using MS JMRP

Hello List,

is there anybody on the list who might help me.

I've successfully registered tot he SNDS and JMRP service from Microsoft. I've
successfully requested access to my IP-ranges.

Now I'm trying to setup a feed on the JMRP but I'm not able to add one special
IP-range to the feed. When trying to manage the feed the IP-range is shown as
"IPs Pending Autorization".
The same range is also shown as "Autorized IP addresses". When trying to add I
always get the error

Kindly resolve the following error(s):
- Sorry! Error in saving feed details

Any hints or tips how to resolve this error?

With kind regards,
   Bernd Brodda.
