Having the same problem here. The access authorization email does not
arrive, tried all the options: ab...@domain.tld, postmas...@domain.tld, etc.

Reported the issue to msn-s...@microsoft.com on May 29th, got told that
they "will be looking into this issue along with the Escalations Team", no
resolution or update yet.
