Unfortunately, it looks like we’re also seeing this drop in SNDS/JMRP FBL 
volume and as a result we’re seeing a rise in rejections.

Michael or Mihai, could either of you comment on this please? Can you suggest 
the best corse of action to get this looked at? We can open a ticket with SNDS 
support or Outlook Support if that’s the best option.
