Pro tip: if you want real help, send real clues. It's not like your DMARC records are a big secret. It might be the !10m. I know they're in the spec but I also don't know many people who use them. The largest aggregate report I have ever gotten is about 200K, and the largest forensicc report 9.8M from Hotmail, so they're unlikely to be doing you any good.
