Hello, Carissa, Generally we are used to dealing with an individual - upon receipt of the first spam from your Faye Nagpigkit to a role account (!), on January 8, I wrote to your abuse@ asking for Heather to contact me (this is how we have always worked with you guys in in the past). I never heard back, so I sent a second follow up to abuse@ again yesterday, with absolutely no response (frankly I was very surprised, as this has not been the case in the past) - however, Ms. Nagpigkit *did* send us a another spam today, to the same role account, having not heard back from us (obviously) because "she knows I have a ton in my inbox". How very thoughtful.
