We have some subscribers to their interactive.wsj.com email version, and they receive it nicely. But exactly one user has been unable to receive anything other than 1-1 correspondence with their tech support. We don't see any WSJ delivery attempts to that user in our log files. Other users receive the mail from various outbound.createsend.com servers, dkim signed by interactive.wsj.com. For example:
Subject: Morning Editorial Report - June 20, 2019 From: "Paul Gigot" <acc...@interactive.wsj.com> WSJ tech support has apparently never heard of mail server log files. They claim that "Please be advised that we have validated your email address so you can receive your newsletters; however, the email and alerts sent to this email address continues to bounce back to us which invalidates your email address, therefore blocking your receipt of those newsletters and alerts."
