Hello mailop (mostly sending parties), I'm curious to understand how large-volume senders manage 'Hotmail throttling' - backoffs, slow down affected IPs for x minutes/hours etc? I'm researching into how to mitigate this from a high level; we implemented some technical changes last fall that helped - but the pain is creeping back again. Kindly ping me directly offline.
