Sorry, I thought I had made it clear they're _not_ ticket ack.  I attach the
last one I received, it arrived five minutes after I sent the last complaint.

It looks EXACTLY like a ticket acknowledgement email to me. The "## In replies all text above this line is added to the ticket ##" text is telling me that it's a ticket acknowledgement and is allowing you to add more information to the ticket by email. I'm not entirely sure why the confusion???

Try changing the subject/message slightly on the complaint message you send. I 100% expect the message you receive in return will have that changed subject/message, not the original subject/message content.
