Hello Screenshots of email addresses are error prone. For example you can not distinguish ndash and minus characters. Double check his address by requesting a copy'n'paste for it.

I have a customer who isn't receiving email notifications from Netflix. We aren't rejecting them, and we're getting netflix emails for hundreds of other people every day.
