Isn't this an all too common thing where people just want to 'get rid' of email that doesn't interest them and the 'junk' button is the quickest and easiest way to do it. It becomes a muscle memory. So legitimate email get marked as spam when the user only needed to delete it or file it. -- Mark Rousell
