The limit for standard IPs is 3 simultaneous connections from a single IP at Orange AND Wanadoo (both .fr). So don't set 3 and 3, it has to be 3 in total. Try 2 and 1 if you wish, there should be more orange.fr than wanadoo.fr addresses nowadays.
