While this has been the common mantra for quite some time, I have direct
experience with a few email senders in AWS space that are getting great
open rates.
You do need to pay attention to all details. All outbound email from
those operations is DKIM-signed and the sending domains had a history of
sending prior to assigning those IPs though.
