Mailbox provider Orange in France currently has issues with their infrastructure. They reject incoming mail with:
421 # ID # ME Service refused. Please try again later. Service refused, please try later. OFR_108; [108] We were told that they are asking the senders to pause mailing to their domains (orange.fr <http://orange.fr/>, wanadoo.fr <http://wanadoo.fr/>). Maarten Postmastery
