Hello Mailops,

I have a customer that is receiving the following error message from
GMX.net:

gmx.net (mxgmx016) Nemesis ESMTP Service not available No SMTP service Bad
DNS PTR resource record. For explanation visit
https://www.gmx.net/mail/senderguidelines?ip=XX.XXX.XXX.XXX&c=rdns

But this customer's PTR records look to be in order. Does anyone have a
GMX.net contact I could reach out to for more information?
