Seeing a lot of this:

Connecting to mx1.comcast.net [96.114.157.80]:25 ...  failed: Connection
timed out (timeout=5m)
Connecting to mx2.comcast.net [68.87.20.5]:25 ...  connected
H=mx2.comcast.net [68.87.20.5]: Remote host closed connection in response
to initial connection

My guess is that mx1 is down and mx2 is struggling to pick up the extra
load. Mail does seem to get through after a couple of tries. I think
there's a Comcast person on the list so maybe we will hear something more
definitive soon.
