I had mail recently bounce, with this seemingly informative message:

  Remote host said: 550 5.7.1 H:CSI [66.228.38.138] Connection
originating from an IP address with a poor reputation. Please see
http://csi.cloudmark.com/reset-request/ if you feel this is in
  error.

I didn't want to simply ask for a 'reset'; I was concerned what led
to this bad reputation.

But, that URL give no clues for how to learn that.

That page does say:

More information about Cloudmark Sender Intelligence and why your
email may have been blocked: FAQ.

Where 'FAQ' is this link:

  https://csi.cloudmark.com/en/faq

Which does not yield a FAQ whatsoever.

Does anyone know know to find an actual FAQ, or even better, how
to reveal how the above IP got such a poor reputation?

Thanks for any advice...
