Confirmation emails will be coming from ServiceNow.com mail systems, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC policies in place. Please be aware of elevated mail volumes from ServiceNow datacenters in EU. The mail will come primarily from the following IP addresses, but we may have to shift traffic through other datacenters. 199.91.140.28 199.91.136.28 149.96.13.2 149.96.14.2 Anything you can do to allowlist these IP addresses for the next few weeks will help us expedite vaccine appointments in Germany.
