Is anyone available from emailsrvr.com that can contact me off list? We're receiving very long queues on messages.
I've sent 2 emails to postmas...@emailsrvr.com from different originating email addresses / domains and received no responses at all after a week. We're sending only transactional emails from a domain with 15+ years of reputation and: 1. Have SPF records 2. Have DKIM records 3. Have DMARC records 4. Have forward and reverse DNS, and that DNS is from the same domain we are sending email from. Thanks.
