This is probably something that you wouldn't miss. Outlook.com and hotmail.com 
accounts (most likely created by bots)
are being used to spam massively for the last couple of days/weeks.

Please, get this sorted by blocking the outgoing hotmail/outlook spam :-) 
Assigning a valid PTR record to that IP
address is optional and should be done after the first step...
