Yes, we also started seeing these in the past 60 or so hours. In this case, the message is rejected (and not delivered to the user) and (likely) and NDR is sent back. I should note that within the past hour - things look to be significantly improved. Mail is making it to Inboxes - and seeing significantly fewer 550-5.7.1 responses.
