Spamhaus appears to have removed their listing.

https://multirbl.valli.org/lookup/66.175.222.108.html spamhaus

SORBS keeps a historical record. Querying spam.dnsbl.sorbs.net lists everything SORBS has ever listed. It shows only that it was listed once back in 2020. Anyone querying that list to block mail will have a lot of false positives. The "active spammer right now" SORBS list is safe.dnsbl.sorbs.net .

is this ips multi domain senders ?, or single domain ?

It's a pretty well known group hosting service. By default they use the domain groups.io but they might also offer custom domains for larger customers. They do send email but it's all confirmed opt-in and quite well run and respected. Users run from individuals, clubs, churches, etc. to corporations. Kind of like a hosted well-locked-down GNU Mailman with a lot of other collaboration features.

I suppose a few confirmation requests could get typo'd to a spamtrap occasionally, but they're not spammy at all.
