If you make the very strong claim that Gmail is not following the RFC,
you need to show 
(a) The source email as received by your MTA from the MUA or other MTA
(b) The email as displayed in Gmail
(c) A transcript of the SMTP session by which your MTA delivered the
    mail to Gmail.
