I have done some more testing and added a connector to the 365 tenant for any emails going to Gmail.
Funnily enough, the emails now get delivered to Gmail users, albeit in their spam folders.
Can anyone suggest why the emails are going into the Spam folders, and if so, how to prevent this?
Microsoft admitted this afternoon that they have a problem with sending emails to Gmail users (your not kidding!!)
Thanks,
Simon
