I don't know if it's completely broken... but it's definitely very sick and not well.
Keep hitting refresh, it will eventually load (at least it does for me). But I believe this is indicative of some problems on the backend of this website and maybe of the entire Microsoft postmaster/SNDS/JMRPP system. It's been quite literally months since I've received anything from Microsoft's JMRPP. When problems like this start to show up I start to wonder if the project has been abandoned and what its usefulness is.
