Hi

We get increased spam reports from outlook.com user regarding emails
sent from our customers to them which look like personal emails. Not
commercial spam.

When addressing the complaint with our customers it turns out, the
email address the sent the email to, if not mistyped, previously
belonged to somebody they knew personally.

I start suspecting, the previous recipient deleted their @outlook.com
account and somebody later created a new one for the same email
address. It is hard to get such a confirmation from the 'spam plagued'
recipient.

How long does outlook.com prevents a previously used email address to be
re-used by a new customer?

Mit freundlichen Grüssen
