If you do not control the IP space or the MTA, pass the feedback to the postmaster of the MTA - it is unlikely you will be able to do much as an end user.

Do you know what's the background? All parties involved are big players, and they should not be unable to communicate with each other.

Should I submit the feedback to Telekom or Yahoo/att?
