Somewhat embarrassingly, we’ve been tripped up by a DNSBL that’s shut down 
recently. Messages sent since Feb 20th have reached mailman, been archived 
correctly, but then failed to send out due to a misconfiguration. So far as I 
can ascertain, it’s been a bomb waiting to go off underneath the list since it 
was configured.

TL;DR: exempt 127.0.0.1 from DNSBL lookups!
