I am hoping someone can provide some insight and possible actionable items/words I can use with the carrier(s) involved. I ported a TF number from Unitel to FlowRoute. All appeared fine, everyone accepted and scheduled the port. The first bit of strangeness was that the TF number routed to the new carrier 2 days before the port, but only from certain (unknown) carriers. 3 calls on the 24th, 6 calls on the 25th, and no calls on the 26th, the day of the port. I know the number was still routing to Unitel as of 17:00 EDT yesterday. At some point after that, we just receive an e404 recorded message, and then disconnection. I do not see the calls hitting FlowRoute in my portal. Unitel states they released the number on the 24th. The DID in question is 800.708.5545. Does anyone have any thoughts or insights into what is going on, and/or what I can request to fix it? Apologies, I am a data guy, I am not well versed on telecom carrier things.
