It is definitely an automated tool, but it behaves quite strangely. It uses a lot of different email addresses, but rotates over the same four or five usernames when registering the account and always uses the same password. That's why I think that main goal of that tool is sending emails to these addresses via abused forms and it seems to be tailored specifically for that purpose.
