Dear mail operators,
Just a heads-up, that the German hoster/provider STRATO set up the DMARC
policy reject yesterday(?) for their customers without notifying them.
$ dig txt _dmarc.example.net +short
"v=DMARC1;p=reject;"
Going into their configuration interface, under the DNS settings for the
domain, there is the entry
STRATO Standard DMARC-Regel
which was selected (but not by me). I chose the other option now, and
contacted their support for an explanation. Let’s see, if they reply on
a holiday.
