Anyone else getting weird SPF validation errors emailing @wisconsin.gov
addresses starting this week?

Our SPF record is fine and contains the correct information, but yet we are
getting weird errors back every time our domain sends them a message.

The message kind of goes like this (where the sending address, recipient and
our IP is in the removed for privacy section):

"REMOVED for PRIVACY" was identified in our logs as resulting in an Error
during the Sender Policy Framework (SPF) verification check.

An SPF record is part of your mail system's DNS records, so you'll need your
DNS administrator to make corrections to your SPF record in your DNS record.

You can verify SPF records here: https://www.kitterman.com/spf/validate.html in
the "Test an SPF Record" section.

If changes are not made to how you're sending these messages, they won't be
delivered when SPF is enabled. Messages that Fail or result in an during the
SPF validation check will be quarantined and not delivered.

If you do not understand what SPF and DNS are, please contact your IT staff for
assistance.

Of course, even using their suggested tool it says our SPF is fine. We do use
SPF macro and have for years so I am thinking their system lacks the ability to
interpret SPF macros.
