What usually happens is that we send an reply but as your domain is listed it 
might be good to check your spam folder :) 

You should reply to the ticket and we will handle it from there. You can 
contact me directly but I prefer you first try to handle this via the open 
ticket.

Also when you ask people to check something and you don’t even mention the 
listed domain. That’s not really usefull. I found your domain but it wasn’t the 
domain you wrote in from and neither did it mention opentext. Just saying as 
sometimes our glassbulb doesn’t work that well. 

And while you are at it. The domain you requested delisting for, if you goto 
www it redirects. That redirect doesn’t even have a proper ssl certificate. 
That doesn’t make delistings a lot of fun to look into.

I would suggest you fix that. 

It redirects to your company domain but the name isn’t in the installed 
certificate.
