Some of our Wikipedia users, at universities in the States, are not receiving
password reset emails nor password 2FA emails. I reached out to their
postmasters for help. Their kind replies all indicated that the culprit was
Microsoft marking the emails as phishing attempts. If anyone has any advice on
list or off about why these emails are getting snagged in the phish net, that
would be most helpful. A sample email of both types is attached. Yours kindly,
