Hey peeps, I never noticed this previously, so maybe this is new, but Google support pages show a list of support cases submitted by the currently logged in account. I'm a bit confused because all cases, most recent ones, as well as those submitted months ago, have the same status of "In Progress". Does it mean it has not been looked at?
