The issue is phishing scams that are based on social engineering the targets 
into calling phone numbers.  These phone numbers are T-Mobile wireless phone 
accounts.

Sending to abuse fell on deaf ears from what I can tell.

Which domains are affected?

Telekom/T-Online have various companies and domains worldwide.
